Park Lane Tower is a multi-building complex in Business Bay, Dubai. The project was developed by IAH Project Development through its subsidiary KM Properties. Announced in 2006 by developer KM Properties, construction began in 2007. Building work was put on hold in January 2012 for almost three years. Work resumed in 2015 under a new developer, The Developer Properties .
The 150-metre tower is split in to two parts, one being the commercial and the other being the hotel. The commercial section is from floor one to 17, and floors 19 to 33 constitute the hotel.
From Park Lane Tower it takes roughly 10 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 21 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 19 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 24 minutes to The Walk JBR.
